Although we may not always know it at the time, life is a series of initiations.
THESE painful experiences can be perceived as
PRECIOUS PORTALS FOR evolutionary growth-
MY STORY
Where do I begin
Was there a starting point
A place I jumped and landed
In my body
I am from here and there
I have always wondered
Where I belong
I have come to know myself
Through walking through many fires
I have lived to tell
To teach
To guide
To be with
To sit with
To listen
Not only to myself
But also to my beloveds
I am able to tune into a frequency
That allows me to be in my gift
I have not only heard my call
But have listened to the call
I am here to be in service
As a mirror to show you your own inner strength and wisdom
NATURE’s CHILD
I grew up surrounded by horses and a host of wild birds and animals in the forests of British Columbia, Canada.
Nature was both my playground and my teacher, showing me patience, perseverance,
and a safe sanctuary.
I have always found refuge in trees, even as an adult!
When despair for the world grows in me
and I wake in the night at the least sound
in fear of what my life and my children’s lives may be,
I go and lie down where the wood drake
rests in his beauty on the water, and the great heron feeds.
I come into the peace of wild things
who do not tax their lives with forethought
of grief. I come into the presence of still water.
And I feel above me the day-blind stars
waiting with their light. For a time
I rest in the grace of the world, and am free.

TRIUMPH & RESILIENCY
Regardless of many heart crushing trials and tribulations as a child and young adult, I’ve always found a way to bounce back towards beauty, happiness and Joy as an eternal optimist. Through the help of many kind hearted souls, Ive healed myself from gut wrenching trauma - both physical and emotional - from childhood abandonment, living on the streets in my teens, surviving six serious car accidents, two near death experiences, to domestic violence, to navigating through four completely different cultures. Finding my way out of the abyss has become a refined life skill. It’s also restored my absolute faith in both humanity and the world. Although I’ve experienced some of life’s darkest challenges, I sincerely believe that at the heart of humanity there is GOODNESS.
We are all connected in our common threads of pain and pleasure. My grandma always use to say:
”It’s not what happens to you that matters but what you do about it that counts.”
